I’ve been overcharged – what should I do?

If you notice a discrepancy, contact our billing team immediately with your invoice details so we can review and resolve the issue.

Why haven’t I received my invoice yet?

Invoices are usually sent within 24–48 hours of work completion or product delivery. Please check your spam folder or contact us if it hasn’t arrived.

I paid the wrong amount, what to do?

If you've paid the wrong amount to the specified amount, please contact us asap to help resolve this issue.

I've already paid, why am I receiving reminders?

Depending on when you pay, some transactions are delayed and don't hit our account until after our scheduled automated reminders. If you've paid by credit card, it takes 3 working days to hit out accounts. If you've paid, disregard the reminder.

Can I change my billing information?

Absolutely you change your billing information. To do so, use the form below and specify the changes you'd like made, and we can implement that for any future invoices etc. are sent to and with the correct details.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If payment is late, we may contact you to arrange payment. Extended delays may result in service suspension or further escalation until the balance is cleared.

How do I pay for warranty work?

Service work that is covered under warranty does not require payment. For work outside workmanship and product warranty coverage, we will send you an invoice with further payment instructions.

Can I pay online or over the phone?

Yes, we offer secure online payments and phone payments through our billing department. Fees and charges will apply.

Can I split the payment between different methods?

Yes, you can combine payment methods, such as partially via credit card and partially via bank transfer. Please let us know when paying so we can record it correctly.

How do I pay for a deposit or partial payment for a solar system?

Deposit payments are typically requested via bank transfer or credit card. Full payment details are included in your quote and confirmation documents.

I just paid, what now?

Once the payment hits our account we will send a receipt. Depending on how you paid, please allow up to:

2 business days for direct deposit
3 business days for online payments

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I confirm my payment went through?

For progress payments, you will receive a confirmation of payment from us.

When is my final payment due?

Your final payment due date is when the project reaches completion unless otherwise agreed upon.

WHAT'S THE STC PROCESS?

We offer STC rebates as an upfront discount on your quote. These Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) are then signed by you and then traded on your behalf. We do it this way for a seamless experience for our customers.

WHY ISN'T MY BILL AT ZERO?

Even with solar, it's completely normal to see an energy bill. Solar systems generate power during the day which helps offset your daytime energy usage, but doesn't cover evening usage which will drive your bill up.

HOW CAN I MAXIMISE MY SOLAR?

To maximise your solar investment, it's highly recommended you use higher-consuming appliances during the day so that it can be offset by sunshine instead of the grid.
