We Understand Medowie's Housing Profile: Medowie's homes are newer and generally larger than much of Port Stephens. Wide blocks, modern construction, and roofs that tend to have good north-facing sections all work in favour of high-performing solar systems. That said, the suburb's growth means we're regularly working across a range of build years and configurations, and we design for what's actually on the roof rather than assuming one setup works everywhere.
Active in the Growth Estates: Medowie has several significant residential developments in progress, including Bower Estate and Tall Trees Estate, adding hundreds of lots to the suburb over the coming years.
